Receiving customer feedback is a great way to find out what they like and don’t like about your product. Unfortunately, people are busier than ever these days and can’t always take the time to reply to every feedback request. But when they do it makes our jobs all the more enjoyable!
Recently we received outstanding feedback from the secretary-treasurer of a non-profit organization in the Mid West:
“I believe the ease of entering voter information is the biggest selling point for me,” says Carol F. “We have nearly 1,200 eligible voters in our district – creating a delineated list is a huge time commitment and PAIN (especially considering our organization is run by volunteers who also have “day jobs”).”
While Carol mentioned more than once our price was fair and in line with the service offered, she pointed out a few other features she enjoyed such as the ease of creating paper ballots; the ability to start your election as soon as information is entered & payment is made and the ability to add/change names during the voting window (good for email bounces).
