Webinar operations platform
Registration pages, reminders across five channels, the live room, replays and your CRM — all driven by one timeline per event. Host on Zoom and control the meeting from here, or stream it yourself with OBS.
No credit card to start.
Zoom control
Most webinar tools push registrants into Zoom and stop there. Changing anything means going back to Zoom and doing it twice. Here the event is the source of truth and Zoom follows it.
Change the title, date, start time, duration or timezone on the event and EventIQ pushes it straight to the Zoom meeting when you save. The join link never changes, so nothing you’ve already sent breaks.
Recording, waiting room, HD video and alternative hosts are set on the event and applied to Zoom immediately — not on some later sync.
Change Zoom Topicis a timeline action. Schedule it for an hour before the event and the Zoom title updates itself, so what attendees see in their calendar matches what you’re actually running.
One account has a hard attendee cap. Connect several and each registrant is assigned to one with room left, with capacity counted per account rather than guessed.
Copy an RTMPS address and stream key into OBS — or any encoder — and broadcast straight into the EventIQ Room. Attendees watch in the browser with chat, polls and offers around the video.
When the broadcast ends, pull the recording into your Media Library in one click and run it again as an automated event.
Automation
Every message and every action sits on a single timeline, positioned before or after the event, on an exact date, or a set number of days out. You see the whole sequence in one view instead of hunting through separate reminder screens.

Formats
The format is a setting on the event, not a different product. Switching doesn't mean rebuilding the funnel around it.
A real session, on Zoom or streamed by you through OBS into the EventIQ Room.
A pre-show video that rolls automatically into the live broadcast at start time.
A recorded session that runs to a schedule, with chat, polls and offers firing on cue. Viewers can resume where they left off.
A second run for people who didn’t show, created from the original in one step and with its own invitation.
Hang sessions under a parent event — a multi-day agenda, or a VIP track alongside general admission. Each is a full event with its own registrants, Zoom config and timeline.
Generate a run of dated sessions from one definition instead of copying an event by hand.
The room
Moderate, highlight a message, or turn chat off mid-session without leaving the room.
Ask during the session and see results as they come in.
Call-to-action overlays that appear at a set moment, with clicks attributed back to the registrant.
Queue several videos in sequence for automated sessions.
A countdown before you go live, and a clear message for anyone arriving well after the start.
Publish the recording for a fixed window, then send latecomers to a page you choose.
Registration
Two templates, your own fields, an optional consent checkbox, and your logo and brand colour.
Decide when sign-ups open and close relative to the start — including staying open after it begins.
Drop the form into your own site and restrict which domains may submit it.
Google, Outlook, Office 365, Apple, Yahoo and a plain .ics file — plus real Google Calendar invitations sent from your own connected accounts.
Send a fresh registrant directly into a session that has already started, skipping the confirmation page.
Every reminder carries a working unsubscribe link. No account needed to use it.
Analytics
Then follow up differently for each — a no-show and someone who watched forty minutes and left before the offer are not the same person.
Attendance is read from the platform that hosted the session — Zoom’s own report, the EventIQ Room, or your Cloudflare stream — and reconciled nightly so late-arriving Zoom data is picked up rather than lost.
Show-up rate, watch time, offer views and attributed clicks per event, and the whole registrant list exportable to CSV whenever you want it.
GoToWebinar and custom-URL events can be scheduled and promoted here, but attendance tracking isn’t built for them — the app says so on the event rather than reporting a silent zero.
Integrations
Registrants sync as they arrive, tagged the way you asked. Connect an account once and choose per event which one it uses — so a client's events can run on the client's own CRM.

Running it
Invite people and grant them only the areas they need — events, integrations, analytics, settings.
See what changed on an event and when.
Upload videos up to 5 GB. Every video is copied to Cloudflare automatically as a second store and served from there.
Save an event’s setup and apply it to the next one.
Deleting is reversible until you permanently remove it — and once you do, it disappears from every picker and every report.
Integrations are tested on a schedule, and you’re told when one stops working instead of finding out from a silent gap in your CRM.
Pricing
Every plan includes the full timeline, the live room, registration pages and replays. What changes is volume, channels and how many integrations you can connect.
